PASADENA, CA

Dorn Platz is the master developer for the Ambassador West project. Ambassador West has three components, which are Preservation and Reuse, Senior Life/Care, and New Residential.

Preservation and Reuse
Includes the preservation of gardens, walkways, site elements and other landscaped areas as well as the preservation and reuse of existing structures on site such as the mansions and apartments.

Senior Life/Care
Our partner, Sunrise Senior Living, will construct a Continuing Care Retirement Community. 190 units and 32 Alzheimer and dementia care units will be part of this area.

New Residential
Standard Pacific Homes will be building 70 new units within three distinct areas on the campus.
